Following the release of "negative one," "second degree" is the second album in a series of five to be released for the overall project: The Outlands. With music combining lo-fi, synthwave, metal, cinematic, darkwave, and chiptune, the soundtrack is a gamer's dream genre mashup.
The Outlands is a concept multimedia project which combines music, art, and story for an original Metroidvania video game... without the video game.
In the world, we follow main character Sorca, as she's accompanied by succubus Cytheria making their way through the different world elements. The first world was made of water and ice, and this world is fire based. Future worlds include Air, Earth, and Spirit.
