From the folks at Fable Factory and Midnight City, along with the leadership of MIDNIXT, we are proud to present the first album in a six album project, Echoes From The Last Cassette Tape: Vol. 1!

"Cassie Hunter had always been known for her uncanny ability to track down old parts from technologies past for tech. However, this would prove to be her biggest challenge yet. Splicer needs to finish something called a "final track," and in order to do so, he needs to obtain the last five golden cassette tapes left on their planet. There is no telling how far into the depths this tech scavenging run will take Cassie Hunter, and what... or who... they will find on their way."

Bio:

Starting as a small project, Echoes would soon prove to be one of Synthwave's biggest collaborations, featuring 15 tracks per album with a collective of 70+ Synthwave (and varying subgenre) musicians, leading to the full creation and execution of this project. Having never led a project of this kind before, Max AKA MIDNIXT had to learn as he went, and has always been interested in creating a project that truly pushed the boundaries of what was considered Synthwave. He actively encourages artists to support each other and has a love for both the indie scene and established labels when it comes to Synthwave music.

Teaming up with advertising label Midnight City, as well as the publisher Fable Factory, he decided to create a project that not only inspired a community of people to work together, but also wanting to give back to the community, as on Nov. 5th, 2022, 50% of all the money that this album gets will go towards the St. Jude Children's Hospital as part of a tradition that will continue on through each album of the project. In total there will be 5 original albums with a 6th remix album, consisting of 3 songs from each of the previous albums.

Richard Furey, AKA Max AKA MIDNIXT is a 20 year old streamer, aspiring musician, and free spirit from Newfoundland, Canada.
